HOW OFTEN WILL A HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL VISIT MY HOME?

The frequency of home visits depends on what was prescribed for your treatment/ care plan. Our team works closely with you and your assigned healthcare provider to determine a mutually agreed and appropriate visit schedule.

WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE A DOCTOR?

Med-Easy HHCS also caters referring doctors to evaluate your need for home healthcare service. Please answer the Patient Registration Form after submitting the contact form in our in-website chat. Once we have screened the Patient Registration Form, we will reach out to you via email or text message if you would need to avail a doctor's consultation. Note, we only provide Teleconsultation services.

We, Med-Easy, are a team that specifically provides home health services for out-patient care (such as physical therapy and home health nurse services). Services are provided either via face-to-face sessions.

Definitely! Med-Easy HHCS created a team of qualified and licensed professionals who undergo a rigorous screening process, including background checks and credential verification, to ensure the highest quality of care. 

HOW DO I KNOW IF I (THE PATIENT) OR MY LOVED ONE IS ELIGIBLE FOR HOME HEALTHCARE SERVICES?

Eligibility to receive home healthcare services typically requires a physician's referral for them to recommend and prescribe to you or your loved one the home healthcare service most appropriate for you/ them. This is important as there is a need to evaluate if you or your loved one has the ability to remain safely at home.

 

If you are a new patient without a prescription from the doctor for the services we provide, we advise you to please seek your doctor first.

Once a prescription of recommendation is given, you may present this through contacting us through the In-Website Chat. After answering the contact form, we will send a link to the mandatory Patient Registration form where you will be able to upload all the needed documents.
